Quality Control

At China Loong Speakers Co., Ltd., quality control is integrated into every stage of manufacturing. We apply structured inspection and process management to support consistent performance across bookshelf speakers, ceiling speakers, PA speakers, portable Bluetooth speakers, soundbars, subwoofers, waterproof speakers, wiring accessories, and other audio products. Our quality activities are carried out according to product specifications, customer requirements, and industry-aligned practices.

1. Incoming Material Inspection

Before production begins, incoming materials and components are checked against approved specifications and purchasing requirements. This process helps verify the suitability and consistency of key materials used in speaker and accessory manufacturing.

• Visual condition, dimensions, and workmanship of enclosures, grilles, panels, and other structural parts.
• Electrical and functional characteristics of drivers, circuit boards, connectors, switches, cables, and power-related components.
• Surface finish, color, labeling, and construction quality for wooden, plastic, metal, and waterproof product components.
• Material condition and specification compliance for nylon cable ties, stainless steel cable ties, and wiring accessories.

Materials that do not meet the applicable requirements are identified and handled through the internal quality process before they are released for production.

2. In-Process Quality Control

During assembly and production, quality checks are performed at appropriate stages to help maintain stable workmanship and product consistency. Production personnel follow controlled work instructions and internal inspection standards relevant to each product specification.

• Verification of component placement, wiring, polarity, soldering, fastening, and assembly accuracy.
• Inspection of cabinet construction, grille installation, surface treatment, and appearance during production.
• Process checks for Bluetooth connectivity, control functions, audio signal paths, and other applicable electronic features.
• Monitoring of assembly details that affect sound performance, durability, safety, and installation convenience.

For products designed for different environments, including outdoor and waterproof speaker applications, additional attention is given to enclosure sealing, protective components, and the specified construction requirements.

3. Finished Product Inspection

Completed products are inspected before final approval. The inspection scope is adjusted according to the product type, customer requirements, and applicable technical specifications.

• Appearance, dimensions, finish quality, labeling, and overall assembly condition.
• Audio output, channel performance, tone response, and operational functions where applicable.
• Bluetooth pairing, wireless functions, control interfaces, input and output connections, and power operation for relevant models.
• Mechanical stability, mounting points, accessory fit, and installation-related details for wall mount, ceiling, PA, and other speaker systems.
• Product integrity and construction details for subwoofers, floor standing speakers, studio monitors, car speakers, and home audio products.

Inspection results are reviewed against the approved product requirements before goods proceed to packing. Any identified deviation is recorded and addressed through the appropriate corrective process.

4. Packaging and Pre-Shipment Check

Packaging is checked to help protect products during handling, transportation, and storage. We review both the packaging materials and the accuracy of shipment information before goods are released.

• Product quantity, model, color, accessories, manuals, and included components.
• Inner protection, cushioning, carton condition, sealing, and pallet or loading requirements where applicable.
• Product labels, carton marks, shipping marks, and customer-specific packaging instructions.
• Final order details, packing documentation, and shipment consistency before dispatch.

Our pre-shipment review is intended to reduce packaging errors and help ensure that the finished order matches the agreed product and delivery requirements.

5. Feedback and Continuous Improvement

Quality feedback from inspections, production teams, customers, and service channels is reviewed to identify recurring issues and improvement opportunities. When a deviation is found, the relevant team evaluates the cause and determines suitable corrective and preventive actions.

Improvement activities may include process adjustments, updated work instructions, additional inspection points, supplier communication, component review, or operator training.
